The Matte Outer Sleeves add an additional layer of protection to cards and art sleeves. Both, Art Sleeves and Outer Sleeves, are extra clear for perfect visibility with unaltered colors or contrasts of the enclosed cards. The inside of the Art Sleeves is 100% opaque.
