As heavy troops go, the Thenn Warriors are not quite the equal of their southern counterparts. Bronze armaments can stand against tempered steel, though not for long. Yet southern commanders who sneer at the relative disparity should not underestimate the Warrior’s ability to deliver brutal, punishing assaults, particularly against units below their full strength. As flankers, or rearguard trailing in the wake of a Giant or berserking Cavedwellers, Thenn Warriors reliably bring a quick end to any survivors, and can even hold their own against a strong assault or charging cavalry.
